/>41歲伊林娛樂藝人溫昇豪近期因為在夯劇《我們與惡的距離》中，飾演痛失愛子卻情緒壓抑的「劉昭國」一角，帶領戲中妻子「宋喬安」(賈靜雯飾)走出傷痛，卻在完結篇爆哭失聲，精湛演技廣獲好評。然而很多人不知道，在劇中扮演媒體人的溫昇豪，真實人生也曾當過想改變社會的黨政記者，近日他受邀參與公益演說時，分享了自己追逐夢想的人生故事。 溫昇豪近日受療癒之手基金會邀請，和志工團一起走訪牡林部落，並向課輔班的孩子們分享自己追逐夢想的人生故事。大學選讀傳播的他，夢想成為記者，希望成為改變社會的小小力量，後來到電視台跑黨政新聞，接近人群，因緣際會下，參加廣告拍攝，單位主管鼓勵他走向幕前，「雖然新聞工作不錯，但主管覺得我更適合走演藝。」 不過夢想的路上，溫昇豪曾跌跤、也曾猶豫人生的志向，他曾開餐廳倒閉把積蓄全賠光；進演藝圈後，會有自我懷疑的時候，也要面對現實壓力的挫折，溫昇豪知道自己不是天賦型的演員，於是從上表演課、編劇課，跟著導演當助理做起，不停累積能量，才克服困境走到今天。 /><p><p> 中國貸款阿根廷 與美搶奪拉美</p><br /><p>【台灣醒報記者宋秉謙綜合報導】中國藉經濟合作與拉丁美洲國家關係加深，在美國後院影響力大增！中國預計於本週末與阿根廷簽訂協議，增加給阿國的新貸額度，並投資數十億美元在阿國設立核電站。美國不具名官員懷疑，中國從過去就開始在基礎建設資助拉丁美洲國家（如古巴），彷彿是帶著經貿手套，將政治手腕伸入美國的後院。</p><p>根據《路透社》報導，中國近期與阿根廷敲定協議，將在本週末投資數十億美元建設第4座中資核電站，並給予阿國更優惠、高額的融資額度（高達187億美元），讓中國成為阿根廷非國際貨幣組織以外的最大債權國，可以說中國徹底利用經濟利益綁住阿根廷。</p><p>阿根廷在年初面臨經濟困境時，川普首先跳出來支持國際貨幣基金組織（IMF）給予阿國的563億美元融資計畫，但據《路透社》統計，中國才是阿國最關鍵的貿易夥伴，年初就已默默投入數十億美元幫阿國紓困國內經濟，將自己塑造成可靠的貸方。</p><p>對於這些經濟合作與紓困，中國發出聲明指出，在拉丁美洲的投資與融資都符合市場規則與國際慣例，簽約內容絲毫沒有提到任何政治條件，單純是為了貿易夥伴的國內經濟著想，希望透過水、電等基本建設的合作，幫助阿根廷推動各項發展。</p><p>不過，自詡為美洲老大哥的美國完全不買中國的帳。根據《外交政策》報導，美國不具名官員擔憂指出，過去中國就曾利用經貿將古巴與委內瑞拉綁在他們身上，本次手腕更將深入阿根廷國內經濟建設，若美國不做出任何反制或是表態，中國恐怕會一步步挑戰美國對「後院失火」的底線。</p><br
